Paper Flower Bouquets

As you can see from my previous posts this month, I have been cataloging all of my handcrafted paper flowers.

I have created a few bouquets using my paper flowers and I'm sure you will recognize the vintage tags, butterflies, leaves & calyxes I have incorporated into the designs as well.

Paper Peonies

This is a closeup of one of my pink paper peonies :)

The buds, petal shapes as well as the leaves are different from the paper roses in one of my previous posts.

My Painted Rocks

I played around with the idea of painting rocks...Something we have A WHOLE LOT OF in Halifax

I wanted the subject matter to be all things from the East Coast, whether it be provincial flowers, ships or even imaginary ocean scenes.

I only have a few finished to show you...I hope you like them :)

Tea Dyed Vintage Labels

I wanted to create a vintage tag.

I didn't have a clue if I wanted to make it rectangular, or square with rounded edges or even if I wanted to go with a classic oval.

I tried a few different looks before settling on this one.

I wanted an elegant look without too much fuss
